- Overnight BP - The total value of securities that can be held overnight.
- Account Type - Either margin account or cash account.
- Realized P&L - The change in your closed positions from your initial buy or from the stock's previous day's closing price.
- Unrealized P&L - The change in your open positions from your initial buy price or the stock's previous day's closing price to the current best "bid" (if you are long) or best "ask" (if you are short).
- Total P&L - The sum of "Realized P&L" and "Unrealized P&L."
- Account Value - Total account value if all positions were liquidated.
- Long Market Value - Value of all open "long" positions.
- Short Market Value - Value of all open "short" positions.
- Cash - Value of all open "cash" (non marginable) positions.
- Credit - Value of any manual cash adjustment(s) made by Customer Service.
- Shares Today - Total number of shares traded today.
- Trades Today - Total number of trades placed today.
- Cancels Today - Total number of orders canceled today.
- If an account is restricted for any reason, Morning Buying Power, Current Buying Power, and Overnight BP may be reduced.
- Minimum maintenance requirement (MMR) is the minimum amount of cash needed to hold a particular position. MMR is 25% of the value of the position for marginable stocks intraday and 50% overnight.
