Title Bar - Each window within the Navigator contains a Title Bar. The Title Bar typically consists of the name of the window, name of the layout (i.e. a specific Watchlist name), account information (4-letter Account ID), and the specific window's icon. To close any of the Navigator's windows, simply right-click on the icon and left-click "Close."

Columns - Add, Remove, Change Order and Adjust Width

• Add Columns - Add additional columns to most Navigator windows by right-clicking on any existing column header inside of the window and left-clicking on "Add/Remove Columns." Select a desired column heading from the new pop-up window and drag-and-drop to the desired location while holding down the left mouse button.

  

• Remove Column - Hold down the left-mouse button over the column heading that is to be removed and drag-and-drop it outside of the column row.

  

• Change Column Order - Hold down the left mouse button over the column heading that is to be relocated and drag-and-drop it to the new location. The two green arrows will appear when the column heading can be dropped.

  

• Adjust Column Width
  1. Width (1) - To adjust the columns for width, right-click on the Positions window and left-click "Auto Column Width." This feature will automatically adjust the columns to the available space.
  2. Width (2) - Move the cursor over the vertical bar separating the column headings and hold down the left-mouse button while adjusting the width to the left or to the right.
  3. Width (3) - To adjust each column to fit the widest about of data displayed, double left-click the vertical bar that separates each column.

• Individual Column Sorting - Sort the data in most Navigator windows in ascending or descending order by left-clicking on any of the column headings. An arrow will appear to the right of the column heading to show direction. To remove the "sort" from a column, hold down the "Ctrl" key and left-click the column heading.

• Each of the main windows within the Navigator has a "Preferences" menu option that is available by right clicking in the desired window.

• To open the any of the Navigator windows outside of the main MBT Navigator display area, left-click on the "Navigate" menu heading in the Menu Bar and left-click on the desired window.
