- Add Symbol - To add a symbol to the bottom of the Watchlist, right-click inside of the Watchlist window and left-click "Add Symbol." This will create a new row at the bottom of the Watchlist. Simply type in the new symbol and press the "Enter" key. An additional row is created to add the next new symbol.
- Insert Symbols - Add new symbols to the middle of a Watchlist by right-clicking the symbol beneath where you wish to insert the new symbol. Left-click "Insert Symbol" and a new row will be created above the formally highlighted symbol. Type in the symbol and press the "Enter" key.
- Replace Symbol - Left-click on the symbol to be replaced and type in the new symbol. Press the "Enter" key.
- Remove Symbol - There are 3 possible ways to remove a symbol from a Watchlist:
- Right-click on the symbol to be removed. Left-click "Remove (symbol)."
- Left-click the symbol and press the "Backspace" key. Press the "Enter" key.
- Left-click on the symbol to highlight it and press "Ctrl+Delete."
- Import and Export Symbols - The MBT Navigator will automatically save the symbols in your Watchlist to our servers. This allows you to access your personal Watchlists from any computer, anywhere in the world. The "Import Symbol List" feature allows you to import and load a symbol list from any text file.
- Right-click in the Watchlist. Left-click "Import Symbol List." The Import Symbol List window will appear. Locate and left-click on the desired text file. Left-click the "Open" button.
Use the Export Symbol List feature to save a created symbol list on your computer.
- Create a Watchlist containing the symbols you wish to export.
- Right-click in the Watchlist. Left-click "Export Symbol List." When the Export Symbol List window appears, type a name in the "File name" field. Left-click the "Save" button.

- Drag and drop symbols from your Watchlist into your Level II window. You can now also drag-and-drop ticker symbols from Yahoo Finance into your Watchlist (and vice versa) for quick and easy updates.
